A personal brand is important when people want to attract others or the employee has to show their skills and knowledge to persuade the employer or the interviewer. It is the way to show an employee's abilities and convince the interviewer how talented they are. Building a personal brand is not too difficult but it has to follow some rules and instructions.
This essay will discuss the definition of personal brand and show a reflective report of my evaluation and describe my personal brand using relevant criteria and external feedback. There are five main parts in this report: Introduction, Structure of a personal brand statement, Reflections on my personal brand statement, My personal brand, Conclusion. These parts will help to understand, reflect, evaluate and conclude how good my personal brand is. Besides using theories, explanations, and studies of other authors and trustful reports, this essay will argue clearly about my personal brand in an ideological way with relevant examples.
