Lò hơi biến đổi hóa năng của nhiên liệu nhiệt năng của hơi và tiêu thụmột lượng điện năng đáng kểtrong quá trình vận hành. Có thểkhi trang bịcác phụkiện cho lò vẫn có những chỗchưa thật hoàn thiện, đồng thời trong quá trình vận hành có thểcó nhiều lý do làm cho các tổn thất năng lượng càng tăng dần trong quá trình sửdụng, do đó chỉcần vài phần trăm cải thiện về hiệu suất lò cũng mang lại mức tiết kiệm năng lượng đáng kể. Việc kiểm tra đểtìm nguyên nhân làm tăng tổn thât năng lượng và đưa ra các giải pháp khắc phục là hết sức cần thiât. Bài báo này phân tích năng lượng thiết bịlò hơi, từ đó đềra một số giải pháp tiết kiệm năng lượng trong thiết bịlò hơi.


ABSTRACT

Boiler storing large amounts of thermal energy and consumed a significant amount of power during operation.
