I. Acecook Overview
Acecook is a food production company specializing in high-quality and nutritious instant products. Acecook Vietnam was established on 15/12/1993 and officially came into operation in 1995. As an FDI (Foreign direct investmentcompany), Acecook, after more than 20 years of operation, has become a food company in Vietnam's leading group with more than 11 factories, 7 sales branches with a system of more than 300 agents widely distributed across the country. In addition, Acecook Vietnam also cooperates to export products to more than 40 countries around the world, including countrieswith strict quality standards such as the US and Japan (Acecook Vietnam, Branch information).
Acecook Vietnam offers a wide range of products including instant noodles, vermicelli, porridge, cooking oil soup powder, and sauces. In which, Acecook's main product line is instant noodles and the main product is Hao Hao noodle, accounting for 60% of total revenue of Acecook[ CITATION Vie21 \l 1066 ]. Acecook is still the market leader with 35.4% market share in sales according to Retail Data statistics (cited in Lao Dong, 2021).
