NGHIÊN CỨU ĐỘNG LỰC HỌC VÀ ĐIỀU KHIỂN HỆ THỐNG LÁI STEER-BY-WIRE

TÓM TẮT

Hệ thống lái Steer by wire là hệ thống lái không sử dụng trục lái cơ khí để truyền mô men từ vành tay lái đến bánh xe dẫn hướng, thay vào đó hệ thống sử dụng một bộ chấp hành lái (mô tơ điện, thủy lực,…) và một bộ điều khiển điện tử (gồm các cảm biến và bộ xử lý điện tử ECU). Vành tay lái dùng để tạo tín hiệu đổi  hướng  chuyển  động,  bánh  xe  dẫn  hướng  được  dẫn  động  bởi  bộ  chấp  hành của bộ điều khiển dẫn hướng. Bài báo nghiên cứu mô hình động lực học của hệ thống  lái  steer  by  wire  và  điều  khiển  hệ  thống  lái  steer  by  wire  bằng  việc  ứng dụng bộ điều  khiển PID. Mô hình và luật điều  khiển được mô  phỏng trên phần mềm Matlab/Simulink để đánh giá hiệu quả.

ABSTRACT

Steer  by  wire  steering  system  is  a  steering  system  that  does  not  use mechanical  steering  shafts  to  transmit  torque  from  the  steering  wheel  to  the guide wheel, instead the system uses a steering actuator (electric, hydraulic,...) and  an  electronic  controller  (including  ECU  sensors  and  electronic  processors). 

The  steering  wheel  rim is  used  to  create  a  motion  change  signal,  the  guidance wheel  is  guided  by  the  executive  unit  of  the  guide  controller.  The  paper examines the dynamic model of the steering system by wire and steering system control by wire by the application of PID controllers. The model and control law are simulated on matlab/simulink software to evaluate efficiency.
